2: Glass cutting and edge grinding cleaning: Use glass cutting equipment to cut the glass raw sheet into the required size, and grind the edges of the glass to remove burrs and sharp parts. Then thoroughly clean the glass with a cleaning agent to ensure that the surface is clean and free of impurities

3: Splicing: Place the cleaned glass on the workbench, lay a layer of intermediate film (such as PVB film) on the bottom glass, and then gently cover the upper glass with the intermediate film to ensure that the two pieces of glass are aligned accurately and there are no bubbles or debris in the middle

4: Pre pressing: Use a pre press machine to pre press the laminated glass, expel the air between the glass and the intermediate film, and preliminarily bond the intermediate film and glass together. The pre pressing pressure and time should be adjusted according to the size of the glass and the characteristics of the intermediate film

5: High temperature and high pressure treatment: Place the pre pressed glass into an autoclave for high temperature and high pressure treatment. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the intermediate film will completely melt and tightly adhere to the glass. The temperature of the high-pressure reactor is generally between 120 ℃ and 150 ℃, the pressure is between 1.0MPa and 1.5MPa, and the processing time is 1 hour to 3 hours

6: Quality inspection: Conduct strict quality inspection on the finished laminated glass, including appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, interlayer thickness, bonding strength, optical performance, etc.

7: Packaging and Shipping: Qualified laminated glass is packaged and shipped after inspection
